The contract does not have to be notarized to be valid. Certification by a notary verifies only the identity of the signatory, but not the content of the contract.

Costs for lessors

Owners of real estate for rent have one-off costs payed to the agency EUROPOLIS Real Estate. This is fixed at 50% of the rent (first rent), but the amount cannot be lower than 100 EUR. Payment is made upon payment of the first rent (and deposit) upon conclusion of the lease agreement.
