Prepare a copy of the property ownership document

The sale of real estate is a complex process and it is of the utmost importance that you have valid documents on the ownership of the property. It is one of the following documents:

  • Purchase Agreement
  • Gift Agreement
  • Inheritance Decision
  • Title deed (excerpt from the Real Estate deed)
  • Decision from the Real Estate Cadastre

Each document must contain: name and surname of the owner, exact address of the property, cadastral parcel, cadastral municipality and stamp of certification.

If the property you are selling is not registered, you must have all documents (certified) from the first owner until today. The sale of a flat that is not registered takes place in the same way as registered real estate.

Photographing the property
